Krakken Beauty partners with medical professionals to support patients after medical or surgical care is complete, providing conservative paramedical pigmentation services for healed scars and post-surgical skin.

My role is not to replace medical care or interfere with treatment plans.

It is to offer an optional, cosmetic-focused next step for patients seeking improvement in the appearance of healed tissue, when appropriate.

Paramedical services are offered only on fully healed, stable tissue, including:

• Surgical scars (abdominal, breast, orthopedic, thyroid, etc.)
• Traumatic scars
• Hypopigmentation following surgery, injury, or medical treatment
• Stretch marks 
• 3D areola restoration following mastectomy or reconstruction
• Inkless scar revision for texture and tone improvement

All services are approached conservatively and staged over time based on tissue response.

Appropriate Candidates

Patients who:

• Are fully healed (typically 6–12 months post-procedure, radiation, or treatment)
• Have stable scar tissue with no open wounds, inflammation, or infection
• Understand results are improvement, not removal
• Are medically cleared when required

Patients I Do Not Treat

Patients who:

• Have immature or actively healing scars
• Patients undergoing active cancer treatment without physician clearance
• Inflamed, compromised, or unstable tissue
• Are prone to keloid scarring 

If a patient is not an appropriate candidate, treatment is declined or deferred. Patient safety and long-term outcomes take priority over proceeding.

• Color theory specific to scar tissue, undertone, and translucency
• Clear documentation and treatment notes maintained
• Trauma-informed, consent-based care
• No overpromising and no rushing treatment timelines

I work within clearly defined boundaries and refer back to providers when concerns arise.

When referring a patient to Krakken Beauty, providers can expect:

• Referral back to the provider if medical concerns present
